We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead this strategically important product domain and shape the future of how advisers, model managers and investment providers interact with Managed Accounts at scale.\nThis is a tribe level role with accountability across multiple scrum teams responsible for core Managed Accounts and MDA capabilities. You'll own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for a complex ecosystem spanning portfolio construction, model management, onboarding, trading, rebalancing, data, integrations and operational workflows.\nWorking closely with Product Design, Engineering, Architecture, Data, Operations and Financial Products, you'll balance immediate delivery needs with long term platform evolution, ensuring Netwealth continues to build scalable, efficient and market leading managed account capabilities.\nYou'll lead a team of Product Managers and Associate Product Managers while driving alignment across multiple technology and business domains.\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn the end to end product vision, strategy and roadmap for the Managed Accounts and MDA domain across multiple scrum teams\n\nDefine and prioritise outcomes that improve adviser experiences, operational efficiency, automation and platform scalability\n\nLead product discovery to deeply understand customer, operational and business problems and validate solutions before delivery\n\nPartner closely with Engineering, Product Design and Architecture to shape technical direction, manage trade offs and deliver sustainable platform capabilities\n\nOversee the evolution of key capabilities including onboarding, model management, trading, rebalancing, data integration and portfolio administration\n\nDefine, measure and monitor OKRs and product metrics to ensure teams are delivering meaningful outcomes\n\nDrive alignment across Product, Technology, Operations, Financial Products, Risk and Compliance to effectively manage dependencies and delivery\n\nAct as the product leader for the Managed Accounts and MDA domain, creating clarity across teams and enabling delivery at scale\n\nCoach, mentor and support Product Managers and Associate Product Managers to build capability and product maturity\n\nAbout You\nYou're an experienced product leader who enjoys solving complex platform and operational challenges.
