This is a highly visible role with end to end ownership across the product lifecycle, from discovery and business case development through to delivery, commercialisation and optimisation.\nYou'll play a key role in the commercial success of our managed account and discretionary solutions, using market insights, customer needs and product performance to influence future investment, pricing and product direction.\nThis opportunity is suited to an ambitious product leader who thrives on ownership, enjoys challenging conventional thinking and wants to make a genuine impact for advisers, clients and the broader business.\nWhat you'll be doing\nShape the managed accounts strategy and translate it into a clear product roadmap, business cases and delivery plans.\n\nOwn the prioritisation and delivery of the managed accounts pipeline, including onboarding new partners and model managers.\n\nLead cross functional initiatives across Technology, Digital, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Distribution and Investment Governance.\n\nDrive commercial outcomes through product performance analysis, market insights, pricing and feature prioritisation.\n\nEnsure product documentation and disclosure materials remain accurate, compliant and up to date.\n\nCoach and mentor Product Managers and Product Analysts, helping lift capability across the product function.\n\nAbout you\n8+ years' product management experience in financial services, wealth management, fintech or digital platforms.\n\nProven track record launching, commercialising and growing successful products.\n\nStrong knowledge of Australian financial services regulation, product governance and DDO frameworks.\n\nExperienced leading complex programs and influencing senior stakeholders across multiple business areas.\n\nCommercially minded with strong product judgement and the ability to make decisions in ambiguous environments.\n\nCustomer focused, strategic and curious, with a passion for identifying opportunities and driving innovation.\n\nTertiary qualifications in commerce, product management or a related discipline, with additional industry qualifications highly regarded.\n\nExperience coaching and developing product professionals.\n\nLife At Netwealth\nAt Netwealth, we believe a fulfilling career is built on growth, balance, and belonging.
