POSITION SUMMARY The primary responsibility of this role is to support the Project Manager on assigned projects. This role serves as a structured career development path for individuals seeking to build the skills, knowledge, and leadership capabilities required to successfully perform as a Project Manager. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist the Project Managers and Senior Project Managers in the planning and execution of assigned scope of work on projects. Review project scope, specifications, contracts, and customer requirements to support project execution. Support multiple projects concurrently while maintaining organization, accuracy, and attention to detail. Participate in internal and external project status meetings and vendor coordination meetings. Collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure project success. Assist with coordination of travel for the field team. Maintain project documentation including procurement log, RFIs, submittals, change orders log, meeting minutes, and closeout documentation. Compile, update, and maintain project reports, trackers, financial logs, and action item registers. Support project financial management
