This role ensures materials, tools, equipment, vehicles, consumables, and workforce support are available when and where they are needed.\nThe Site Logistics Coordinator serves as the primary logistics representative on-site, partnering closely with Operations and Field Leadership to minimize downtime, improve efficiency, and maintain accountability for company assets.\nPrimary Responsibilities\n1. Daily Site Logistics Support\nCoordinate daily logistics activities for assigned projects.\nResponsibilities include:\nSupport daily field operations\nCoordinate material deliveries\nTrack inventory usage\nIssue tools and equipment\nMonitor consumable supplies\nAssist with mobilization and demobilization\nSupport production needs throughout the shift\nEnsure field crews have the resources required to maintain uninterrupted production.\n2. Material Coordination\nManage project materials from receipt through installation.\nResponsibilities include:\nReceive deliveries\nVerify shipment accuracy\nInspect materials for damage\nOrganize staging areas\nTrack inventory levels\nCoordinate replenishment requests\nReturn excess materials\nDocument material discrepancies\nMaintain accurate inventory records throughout the project lifecycle.\n3. Tool & Equipment Management\nMaintain accountability for company tools and equipment.\nResponsibilities include:\nIssue tools\nTrack equipment assignments\nMonitor calibration dates\nCoordinate repairs\nManage replacement requests\nConduct routine inspections\nMaintain equipment inventory\nReport damaged or missing assets\nEnsure that equipment is operational and available when needed.\n4.
