The specific duties of an Operations Manager include formulating strategy, improving performance, procuring material and resources and securing compliance. You should be ready to mentor your team members, find ways to increase the quality of customer service and implement best practices across all levels. You’ll be trusted to help the company remain compliant, efficient, and profitable during the course of business.\nJob Duties and Responsibilities:\nEnsure all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way.\nImprove operational management systems, processes, and best practices.\nPurchase materials, plan inventory, and oversee warehouse efficiency.\nHelp the organization’s processes remain legally complaint.\nFormulate strategic and operational objectives.\nExamine financial data and use it to improve profitability.\nManage budgets and forecasts.\nPerform quality controls and monitor production and KPI’s.\nRecruit, train, and supervise staff.\nFind ways to increase the quality of customer service.\nJob Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:\nSpecific knowledge or skills related to the position.\nCertifications (list only if required or preferred for the position).\nLicenses (list only if required or preferred for the position).\nAdditional skills related to personality (interpersonal skills, technology skills, or other).\nEducation and Experience:\n3+ years of experience as an Operations Assistant, Manager, or similar role.\nBachelor’s or master’sdegree required.\nExperience within the telecommunications industry preferred.\nKnowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.\nExperience budgeting and forecasting.\nFamiliarity with business and financial principals.\nExcellent communication and leadership ability.\nOutstanding organizational skills.\nNTI is committed to creating a workplace environment where every employee can strive for excellence.
