This position is responsible for coordinating resources, schedules, budgets, documentation, and customer expectations to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and according to contract requirements.\nThe ideal candidate understands the field realities of telecommunications construction and can effectively bridge communication between customers, field teams, subcontractors, and company leadership.\nCompensation\nBenefits\nCompetitive compensation, paid weekly\nMedical, Dental, Vision, LTD/STD\n10 Paid Holidays\nPaid time off - Accrued, two weeks\n401(k) with company match\nGrowth opportunities\nTake home company vehicle\nResponsibilities:\nManage multiple OSP construction projects throughout their lifecycle.\nDevelop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and completion targets.\nReview contracts, scopes of work, plans, specifications, and project requirements.\nMonitor production and compare progress against project schedules and budgets.\nTrack labor, material, equipment, subcontractor, and other project costs.\nIdentify schedule, budget, resource, and construction issues and develop solutions.\nManage project changes, additional work, and change-order documentation.\nCoordinate permitting, inspections, utility conflicts, access requirements, and other pre-construction needs.\nMaintain regular communication with customers and provide accurate project updates.\nWork with field leadership to resolve construction issues and maintain productivity.\nReview daily reports, production documentation, photographs, redlines, and other project records.\nEnsure work is completed in accordance with approved plans, specifications, permits, and customer requirements.\nMonitor quality and address deficiencies or punch-list items.\nCoordinate project closeout, including as-builts, documentation, acceptance, and final billing requirements.\nParticipate in project meetings and communicate action items to appropriate personnel.\nSupport estimating, proposals, and new project opportunities when needed.\nMaintain organized project files and ensure required documentation is submitted on time.\nRequired Qualifications\n3+ years of experience in OSP, telecommunications, utility, or related construction project management.\nStrong understanding of outside plant construction and field operations.\nExperience managing projects involving multiple crews or subcontractors.\nAbility to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and schedules.\nDemonstrated ability to manage budgets, costs, schedules, and project documentation.\nStrong organizational and time-management skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nValid driver's license.\nAbility to travel to jobsites as required.\nExperience with ROW, permitting, and municipal requirements.\nExperience coordinating utilities, inspectors, customers, and subcontractors.\nWhat We're Looking For:\nWe are looking for a proactive and organized Project Manager who can keep projects moving while maintaining strong relationships with customers and field teams.
