The successful candidate will support Financial Advisors and Paraplanners with advice documentation, client servicing, instruction processing and regulatory compliance.Key Responsibilities: \n- Prepare Records of Advice (ROA) and Financial Needs Analyses (FNA) as instructed by Financial Advisors.\n- Assist with client-specific advice documentation covering investments, retirement planning and risk planning.\n- Review client financial information and ensure documentation reflects client goals, risk profiles and product suitability.\n- Conduct product and platform research to support advice preparation.\n- Handle post-advice client servicing queries, including contributions, withdrawals, switches, beneficiary updates and statements.\n- Validate and process client instructions, submit documentation to platforms and providers, and follow up through to completion.\nJob Experience & Skills Required / Ideal Candidate Profile:\nEducation \n- Matric (Grade 12) is essential.\n- A relevant tertiary or financial services qualification is advantageous.
