What You’ll Be Doing: Designing and testing advanced power electronic circuits (DC-DC converters, inverters, and motor drives). Selecting and optimizing components (IGBTs, MOSFETs, gate drivers, transformers, and capacitors). Performing schematic capture, PCB layout, and DFM (design for manufacturability). Collaborating with Embedded, Mechanical, and Systems Engineers on integrated solutions. Running simulations (SPICE, LTspice, and PLECS) to perfect your designs. Debugging, testing, and validating prototypes in the lab. Ensuring that designs comply with safety and EMC standards.
