The incumbent will be responsible for developing antennas, filters, duplexers, splitters, and power and signal distribution solutions that meet customer requirements.\nDuties & Responsibilities\nThis role requires a technically strong individual with expertise in RF engineering, sound problem-solving abilities, and the ability to translate customer requirements into practical, commercially viable solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with customers and internal teams, contributing to product development, manufacturing, testing, quality assurance and the implementation of new solutions.\n\nQualifications\n\nDegree in Electronics with a specialisation in RF\n\nPostgraduate qualification with a specialisation in RF\n\nSkills and Abilities\n\nStrong technical problem-solving and decision-making skills\n\nGood verbal and written communication skills in English\n\nProven ability to prepare and author technical documentation\n\nProficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace or similar productivity tools\n\nGood interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively\n\nUnderstanding of business economics, finance and costing models\n\nStrong time management and organisational skills\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nRF Product Design and Development\n\nDesign, develop and industrialise antennas, filters, duplexers and splitters to meet customer requirements.\n\nGather and interpret customer requirements to develop appropriate technical solutions.\n\nPower and Signal Distribution Solutions\n\nConsult with customers and end-users to understand power and signal distribution requirements for communication towers and related structures.\n\nDesign, develop and industrialise solutions that address identified needs.\n\nEnsure that the required customer approvals and certifications are obtained.\n\nManufacturing and Quality Assurance\n\nParticipate in manufacturing setup, product testing and quality assurance activities.\n\nContribute to production planning and component sourcing decisions.\n\nSupport compliance with applicable quality management processes.\n\nResearch and Development\n\nLead the R&D function, contributing to the development and industrialisation of new and existing products.\n\nCollaborate with relevant stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet technical and commercial requirements.\n\nBusiness and Performance\n\nContribute to business unit performance in line with agreed financial and operational objectives.\n\nSupport customer satisfaction, teamwork and adherence to the organisation's quality management
