Tech stack of Network Finance
Property is about more than bricks and buildings, behind every portfolio sits a world of reconciliations, cash flow, reporting and year-end deadlines. Our client operates in the property management space, where accurate financial information keeps properties and group companies on track.

We’re looking for a commercially experienced Accountant who can bring strong accounting fundamentals, audit readiness and reporting accuracy to the table. This is a hands-on role offering exposure to group companies and property portfolios, with direct interaction with the Group Financial Manager and Financial Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive year-end finalisation and ensure financial records are audit-ready.
  • Review pre-billings and perform ad-hoc reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy.
  • Prepare cash flow forecasts across group companies and property portfolios.
  • Compile monthly reports on company performance, providing meaningful financial insight.
  • Perform deposit reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
  • Support the Group Financial Manager and Financial Manager with financial queries and ad-hoc reporting requirements.
Job Experience and Skills Required
  • BCom degree in Accounting or a related accounting discipline.
  • Completed SAIPA or SAICA articles, non-negotiable.
  • Minimum 2 years’ commercial accounting experience outside an audit or accounting firm.
  • CaseWare experience ,non-negotiable.
  • Property management industry experience will be advantageous.
  • MDA and/or MRI system experience will be a plus.
  • Strong reconciliation, reporting and analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail.
