This is a hands-on role offering exposure to group companies and property portfolios, with direct interaction with the Group Financial Manager and Financial Manager.\nKey Responsibilities\nDrive year-end finalisation and ensure financial records are audit-ready.\nReview pre-billings and perform ad-hoc reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy.\nPrepare cash flow forecasts across group companies and property portfolios.\nCompile monthly reports on company performance, providing meaningful financial insight.\nPerform deposit reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.\nSupport the Group Financial Manager and Financial Manager with financial queries and ad-hoc reporting requirements.\nJob Experience and Skills RequiredBCom degree in Accounting or a related accounting discipline.\nCompleted SAIPA or SAICA articles, non-negotiable.\nMinimum 2 years’ commercial accounting experience outside an audit or accounting firm.\nCaseWare experience ,non-negotiable.\nProperty management industry experience will be advantageous.\nMDA and/or MRI system experience will be a plus.\nStrong reconciliation, reporting and analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail.\nWhy Consider This Role?\nTake your accounting experience into a property-focused business where your work extends beyond the month-end checklist.
