Tech stack of Network Finance

Join an established property-focused organisation offering exposure to a diverse portfolio, complex accounting functions and financial reporting for property entities and listed funds.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage month-end and year-end financial processes
Prepare financial statements using Caseware in line with IFRS
Handle VAT, provisional tax and income tax submissions
Manage reconciliations, journals, fixed assets and intercompany accounts
Compile monthly management reports and cash flow forecasts
Support audit readiness and financial year-end finalisation

Skills & Requirements:

BCom Accounting degree and completed SAICA / SAIPA articles (essential)
Minimum 2 years commercial experience outside an audit or accounting firm
Caseware experience (essential)
Property industry experience advantageous
MDA experience advantageous
Strong technical accounting, analytical and reporting skills
