Mentor engineering and maintenance teams and collaborate closely with Production, SHEQ and suppliers.\nJob Experience and Skills Required:\nBEng, BSc Engineering, BTech or equivalent qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, with a GCC Factories essential.\nMinimum 3 years' engineering and maintenance experience within poultry, food manufacturing or FMCG, preferably within a high-volume processing environment.\nStrong practical experience with ammonia refrigeration, plant utilities, maintenance, equipment reliability and OEE improvement.\nProven experience in CAPEX projects, maintenance budgets, root cause analysis, continuous improvement and OHS Act compliance.\nStrong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills, with experience managing or supporting foremen, artisans and engineering/maintenance teams.\nApply now!Are you ready to elevate your engineering career?
