models, dashboards, and data products that enable self-service analytics and informed decision-making.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and scorecards.\nBuild and manage semantic models and reporting datasets.\nTranslate business requirements into scalable analytics solutions.\nAnalyse data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable insights.\nDevelop and maintain PySpark notebooks within Microsoft Fabric environments.\nCreate reporting-ready datasets through data cleansing, transformation, and validation.\nWrite, optimise, and maintain complex SQL queries.\nSupport enterprise data governance and data quality initiatives.\nDocument reporting processes, models, and analytical solutions.\nContribute to the design and continuous improvement of the analytics environment.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to deliver high-quality data solutions.\nWhat We're Looking For\nEssential Experience\n4+ years' experience in Analytics Engineering, Business Intelligence, or Data Analytics.\nStrong experience building enterprise reporting and analytics solutions.\nAdvanced SQL development skills.\nProven experience designing and developing Power BI dashboards and semantic models.\nExperience working with Microsoft Fabric and modern cloud-based analytics platforms.\nExperience developing data transformation solutions using PySpark.\nStrong understanding of data modelling, ETL/ELT processes, and data warehousing principles.\nExperience with Git and version control practices.\nExcellent problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.\nTechnical Skills\nExperience with several of the following technologies will be highly
