If so, we'd love to hear from you.\nKey Responsibilities:\nInvestigate business and customer pain points across products, systems, and processes to identify root causes.\nAnalyse data using SQL to validate assumptions, identify trends, and support recommendations.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand operational challenges and improve business performance.\nBreak down complex problems into practical, actionable solutions.\nWork closely with stakeholders and development teams to define and implement improvements.\nCreate user stories, process flows, specifications, and documentation where necessary.\nTest and validate solutions before implementation to ensure business needs are met.\nContinuously identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and enhance business processes.\nCommunicate insights and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nMinimum Requirements:\n3 to 5 years' experience in Business Analysis, Product, Operations, Consulting, Data Analysis, or a similar problem-solving role.\nStrong SQL skills with the ability to analyse data and uncover actionable insights.\nExperience working alongside technology or software development teams.\nStrong analytical and critical-thinking abilities.\nComfortable navigating ambiguity and solving complex business challenges.\nExcellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.\nRelevant tertiary qualification advantageous.\nExperience within financial services, lending, or African markets beneficial but not essential.\nWillingness to travel when required.\nWhat We're Looking For: \nWe are seeking an inquisitive and commercially minded individual who challenges the status quo, enjoys solving problems through evidence-based decision-making, and can build strong relationships across diverse teams.
