service-level agreements.\nMonitor Sea and Air shipments while providing proactive communication and service updates to clients.\nAnalyse market trends, customer activity, and competitor movements to identify growth opportunities.\nCollaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure exceptional client experiences.\nAchieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.\nMinimum Requirements\nMatric (Essential)\n3-4 years' proven Business Development experience within:Freight Forwarding\nSea Freight\nAir Freight\nImports & Exports\nRoad Freight or Courier Services\n\nProven track record of achieving new business sales targets.\nEstablished network within the freight forwarding and logistics industry.\nStrong understanding of international shipping, freight forwarding, and supply chain solutions.\nTechnical Skills\nMicrosoft Office Suite\nParcel Perfect (Advantageous)\nPower BI (Advantageous)\nExposure to AI-driven sales or reporting tools will be
