The successful candidate will combine strong technical finance capability with proven people management and stakeholder engagement experience.\n\nThe ideal candidate is a confident and influential finance professional with strong leadership capability and approximately 2–3 years of management experience leading finance teams or direct reports.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nFinancial Management:\n\nHelp lead and support the finance function for assigned business units\n\nAssist with month-end reporting, reconciliations, journals, and financial controls\n\nPrepare and review monthly management accounts with commercial insights\n\nEnsure compliance with company policies and financial procedures\n\nMonitor operational expenses, budgets, and cash flow\n\nSupport improvements in finance processes and reporting\n\nBudgeting & Forecasting:\n\nAssist with leading the annual budgeting and forecasting process\n\nPrepare forecasts for revenue, staffing costs, and operational expenses\n\nWork closely with Operations and Workforce Planning teams on staffing and capacity planning\n\nProvide recommendations based on financial trends and performance\n\nSupport strategic planning and business decision-making\n\nBusiness Partnering:\n\nPartner with operational stakeholders to provide financial support and insight\n\nPresent financial information in a clear and practical manner\n\nSupport operational decision-making with data-driven recommendations\n\nAssist with analysing staffing models, pricing, profitability, and operational performance\n\nMonitor and report on operational KPIs and business performance metrics\n\nCommercial Finance & Analysis:\n\nAnalyse client contracts and billing models\n\nEvaluate profitability across campaigns and business units\n\nSupport pricing reviews, renewals, and new business opportunities\n\nAssist with financial modelling and profitability analysis\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve efficiencies and financial performance\n\nTeam & Stakeholder Management:\n\nHelp lead and mentor junior finance team members\n\nSupport team performance and development\n\nBuild strong relationships across Finance, Operations, HR, and Client Services\n\nPresent financial results and forecasts to management\n\nCommunicate effectively with both finance and non-finance stakeholders\n\nRequired Skills & Experience:\n\nTechnical Skills:\n\nStrong background in financial management, FP&A, or management accounting\n\nExperience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis\n\nStrong analytical and financial modelling skills\n\nAdvanced Excel skills\n\nExperience using ERP or financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, Sage, or similar\n\nLeadership & Business Partnering:\n\nPrevious team leadership or management experience advantageous\n\nStrong stakeholder engagement and communication skills\n\nCommercially minded with strong operational understanding\n\nAbility to simplify financial information for operational teams\n\nIndustry Experience:\n\nExperience within a contact centre, BPO, shared services, or operational environment preferred\n\nUnderstanding of operational metrics, such as productivity, occupancy, attrition, and workforce planning, advantageous\n\nQualifications & Skills:\n\nCA(SA) or CIMA completed \n\n6–8 years’ relevant finance experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or management accounting\n\n2–3 years’ team leadership or management experience preferred\n\nFor more exciting Finance vacancies, please visit:\nwww.networkrecruitmentinternational.com\n\nIf you have not had any response in two weeks, please consider the vacancy application unsuccessful.
