YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nYou’ll have broad ownership across the finance function, including:Preparing financial statements, management reports, forecasts and budgets\nCash-flow planning and financial forecasting\nManaging debtors, creditors, payroll and insurance\nBalance sheet reconciliations and loan accounts\nVAT reconciliations, submissions and audits\nManaging amortisation schedules, interest calculations and asset registers\nReviewing financial performance and identifying cost-saving and profitability opportunities\nManaging payment releases and inter-account transfers\nOverseeing credit notes, sales orders and creditor invoice approvals\nSupporting annual and external audits\nPreparing Stats SA and other statutory reporting\nMonitoring financial controls, compliance and risk\nProviding commercial insights to management to support decision-making\nManaging and developing finance staff\nOverseeing Pastel, user access, databases and finance-related IT requirements\nSupporting BEE compliance and Section 24/EE management and implementation\nIdentifying opportunities for business growth and improved financial performance\n?
