Internal Technical Sales Specialist

Suitable candidates will have experience supporting customers with product selection, technical enquiries, quotations, order processing and sales follow-ups. Exposure to pressure, temperature, flow, level or analytical instrumentation would be advantageous.

Education:

• A qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering would be advantageous

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• Internal sales or technical sales experience within an industrial environment
• Instrumentation product or application knowledge
• Experience preparing and following up on quotations
• Ability to interpret customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
• Customer-service and relationship-development experience
• A warm, energetic and professional personality
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent administration, planning and attention to detail
• Ability to work closely with external sales, technical and logistics teams
• Customer relationship management or enterprise resource planning system experience would be advantageous
• Ability to manage multiple enquiries and priorities effectively
