Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain high-quality web and mobile applications
  • Participate in all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle, including analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment
  • Collaborate with developers, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions
  • Research and implement emerging technologies to improve product quality and delivery
  • Contribute to DevOps initiatives through continuous integration and modern deployment practices
  • Mentor and support fellow team members while promoting engineering best practices
  • Build strong relationships with customers and deliver solutions that address business challenges
  • Help drive continuous improvement across technology, processes, and team practices
Job Experience and Skills Required:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 6 years' experience as a Software Engineer in an enterprise environment
    • Experience delivering web and mobile applications
    • Exposure to enterprise software development projects
  • Technical Skills:
    • JavaScript
    • Angular, React, or Vue.js
    • Express.js and Next.js
    • NPM Package Management
    • Webpack, Grunt, or Gulp
    • Experience working with backend technologies such as .NET, Java, or Python
    • MongoDB or other NoSQL databases
  • Additional Requirements:
    • Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals
    • Knowledge of design patterns, object-oriented principles, and clean coding practices
    • Ability to architect and structure solutions within enterprise environments
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
    • Customer-focused mindset and ability to work directly with clients
    • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and frameworks
    • Strong commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
