fixes\nSupport and optimize infrastructure, networks, and systems performance\nManage critical escalations and liaise with external vendors when required\nEnsure system uptime, stability, and performance improvements\nDrive security best practices, including patching and vulnerability management\nContribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and mentoring of junior engineers\nParticipate in strategic IT initiatives such as automation and system upgrades\nKey Skills & Experience:\nProven experience in a Tier 3 / Level 3 IT support or infrastructure role\nStrong expertise in advanced troubleshooting across networks, servers, and applications\nSolid understanding of system performance, monitoring, and optimization\nExperience with root cause analysis and problem management\nKnowledge of IT security, patch management, and compliance standards\nAbility to work independently on high-impact, business-critical issues\nStrong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders\nRequirements:\nBased in Johannesburg (preferably within close proximity to Sunninghill)\nOwn reliable transport (client site visits required)\nMust
