Responsibilities\nDevelop and manage new and existing customer relationships within assigned markets.\nIdentify and pursue new business opportunities within mining, mineral processing, metallurgical submissions.\nConduct equipment presentations, product demonstrations and technical discussions.\nManage the complete sales process from lead generation and enquiry through quotation, negotiation and order closure.\nAchieve agreed sales, revenue and business-development targets.\nMaintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts.\nBuild strong relationships with laboratory managers, engineers, metallurgists, chemists, procurement teams and other technical decision-makers.\nLiaise with suppliers and internal technical teams regarding equipment specifications and client applications.\nAssist customers with equipment selection, application requirements and technical queries.\nSupport equipment installation, commissioning and customer training where required.\nConduct regular follow-ups with customers and provide professional after-sales support.\nMonitor competitor activities, market developments and emerging customer requirements.\nMaintain accurate CRM records, quotations, customer information and sales reports.\nAttend relevant exhibitions, conferences and industry networking events when required.\nEnsure commercial activities comply with company policies, quality standards and applicable safety requirements.\nMinimum Requirements\nRelevant qualification in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry, Instrumentation or a related technical/scientific discipline.\nApproximately 3-5 years' experience within technical sales, laboratory equipment, scientific instrumentation, mining/mineral processing equipment or a related technical environment.\nDemonstrated ability to understand and communicate technical product information.\nStrong commercial and customer relationship-management ability.\nExperience preparing technical proposals and quotations.\nGood negotiation and presentation skills.\nStrong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.\nValid driver's licence.\nWillingness to travel to customer sites as
