Responsibilities\nYou will take responsibility for optimising operational performance across inventory management, inbound logistics, outbound distribution, demand planning and customer order fulfilment.\n\nYour ability to interpret operational data, identify inefficiencies and implement sustainable improvements will be central to your success.\n\nYOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES\n\nLead end-to-end warehouse, inventory and distribution operations, ensuring efficient inbound and outbound material flows\n\nDrive inventory accuracy, stock optimisation and effective working capital management\n\nDevelop demand forecasts and replenishment strategies to minimise stockouts and excess inventory\n\nManage third-party logistics providers and transport partners to ensure consistent on-time, in-full (OTIF) deliveries\n\nAnalyse operational KPIs and implement improvements in productivity, order fulfilment and customer satisfaction\n\nDevelop high-performing operational teams through effective leadership, accountability and performance management\n\nEnsure compliance with quality management systems, operational procedures and ISO 13485 requirements\n\nWHAT YOU NEED TO BRING\nA Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Management or a related discipline\nMinimum 5 years' experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics or Warehouse Management\nProven management experience covering inventory, warehousing AND distribution\nDemonstrated experience in demand planning, inventory forecasting and stock optimisation\nStrong experience managing transport providers, 3PL partners and operational teams\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and analytical reporting\nStrong ERP system knowledge, with Sage X3 highly advantageous\nExperience in healthcare, medical devices, manufacturing or distribution environments will be advantageous\n\nWHAT WILL DEFINE YOUR SUCCESS?\nWe are particularly warehouse activities.\nYou understand the financial implications of inventory decisions, can challenge inefficient processes and are comfortable translating operational data into meaningful business
