This is a key site-based role for a commercially minded finance professional who can partner closely with operations, drive strong financial controls and provide meaningful insights to improve plant efficiency and profitability. The successful candidate will take ownership of plant-level financial reporting, standard costing, inventory and fixed asset controls, month-end processes, budgeting and forecasting, while supporting operational decision-making and P&L value creation.\n\nDuties:\n\nManage the monthly plant closing and operational accounting processes.\n\nOversee standard costing, inventory and stock accounting.\n\nManage fixed assets and capital expenditure.\n\nMaintain strong financial controls and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.\n\nPrepare budgets, forecasts and monthly management reports.\n\nAnalyse costs, production and operational performance, highlighting key variances and trends.\n\nPartner with site management and Industrial Controlling to drive cost efficiency and profitability.\n\nEducation and experience:\n\nBCom Accounting\n\nCIMA is an advantage\n\nStrong experience in standard costing, management accounting and operational/industrial controlling.\n\nExperience in a plant environment is essential\n\nIf you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly.
