Responsibilities\nDevelop and prepare technical and commercial proposals for water and wastewater treatment projects.\nEngage directly with clients to understand process requirements and provide appropriate solutions.\nSupport business development activities through technical presentations and client meetings.\nConduct process evaluations, site assessments, and feasibility studies.\nAssist with tender submissions, bid clarification meetings, and proposal negotiations.\nPerform process design calculations, mass balances, and equipment sizing.\nPrepare Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), process descriptions, and technical documentation.\nLiaise with multidisciplinary engineering teams during project execution.\nProvide process support during commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimisation activities.\nMaintain strong customer relationships and identify opportunities for future business growth.\nMinimum Requirements\nBEng or BSc in Chemical Engineering.\nMinimum 3-5 years' experience in process engineering, water treatment, wastewater treatment, or a related industry.\nExperience preparing proposals, tenders, quotations, or technical sales documentation.\nStrong client-facing and stakeholder engagement skills.\nSound understanding of water treatment processes such as filtration, RO, UF, wastewater treatment, chemical dosing, or similar technologies.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills.\nAbility to travel nationally when required.\nAdvantageous Experience\nExposure to industrial water treatment, wastewater treatment, desalination, or process plant environments.\nExperience with technical sales, business development, or applications/proposal engineering.\nKnowledge of process simulation, P&IDs, process design, and costing methodologies.\nExperience engaging with mining, manufacturing, municipal, food & beverage, or industrial clients.\nWhat We're Looking For\nA commercially minded engineer who can bridge the
