UCG_JD Procurement Manager\nEducation:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent relevant qualification in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce or a related discipline\nCIPS or CPSM certification would be advantageous UCG_JD Procurement Manager\nJob Experience & Skills Required:\nApproximately 4-7 years' experience within Procurement, Strategic Sourcing and Supplier Management\nProven experience working with international suppliers and multi-country stakeholders\nStrong strategic sourcing and supplier-identification capability\nHands-on experience managing RFQ/RFP processes, quotation analysis and supplier evaluations\nProven commercial negotiation experience across pricing, payment terms, lead times, service levels and delivery arrangements\nStrong purchase-order management and supplier follow-up capability\nExperience monitoring supplier quality, delivery, responsiveness, cost and compliance\nCommercially astute with proven exposure to cost savings and cost-avoidance initiatives\nStrong supplier-risk management and alternative-sourcing capability\nExperience with procurement governance, contracts and audit-ready documentation\nStrong Excel, procurement reporting and data-analysis capability\nERP/procurement/purchasing system exposure advantageous\nExperience building or improving procurement processes within a growing, lean or relatively unstructured environment\nStrong stakeholder-management skills with the confidence to engage senior leadership and international suppliers UCG_JD Procurement Manager\nAdvantageous Industry Exposure:\nExperience within Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Supplements, Cosmetics, Consumer Products, Retail or another regulated product environment would be highly advantageous.
