Minimum Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 3 years' experience in mechanical engineering design, development, and project execution
Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and MS Project
Strong experience with SolidWorks or equivalent 3D CAD software
Valid driver's licence and own vehicle

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate engineering projects from concept through to delivery
Develop and review engineering designs, drawings, and technical documentation
Manage project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and project milestones
Collaborate with production, manufacturing, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Ensure designs comply with technical specifications and engineering standards
Support product development, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives

Advantageous Experience

Exposure to defence, marine, automotive, or heavy engineering sectors
Experience with specialised vehicle, trailer, or marine craft design
Involvement in prototype development and testing programmes
