You'll lead the finance workstreams across General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Procurement, ensuring accurate billing, supplier payments, multi-currency reporting and robust financial controls across all operating countries.Key Responsibilities:\nLead the finance workstreams from system design through implementation, go-live and country rollout\nDefine financial system requirements across GL, AP, AR and Procurement\nDrive the implementation of a global chart of accounts and multi-currency consolidation\nOversee financial data migration, testing, cutover and go-live readiness\nEnsure accurate client billing, supplier rates and outsourced driver charges\nValidate financial system interfaces and reconciliation controls\nOversee intercompany accounting, foreign exchange and group reporting requirements\nEmbed financial controls, approval workflows and audit trails\nManage project plans, milestones, budgets, risks and dependencies\nMonitor implementation partner deliverables and resolve project issues\nCoordinate finance stakeholders across countries and business functions\nDrive finance-related change management, training and business readiness\nDeliver project status reports and steering committee / board updates\nEnsure a smooth handover to business-as-usual teams\nJob Experience and Skills:Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field essential\nCA(SA), CIMA, SAIPA or equivalent professional qualification advantageous\nPMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification advantageous\nAdvanced MS Excel, including financial modelling and reconciliations\n7+ years' finance experience\n3+ years' project management experience\nLogistics, courier, freight, transport or distribution industry experience strongly preferred\nFinancial system / ERP implementation experience\nExperience with multi-entity, multi-currency accounting and group consolidation\nStrong understanding of financial controls, reconciliations, data migration and system interfaces\nWorking knowledge of IFRS, particularly foreign currency translation and consolidation\nExperience with rate cards, pricing structures or billing models advantageous\nStrong project governance, planning and stakeholder management skills\nExperience managing implementation partners, budgets and deliverables\nAbility to manage multiple workstreams and deliver under pressure\nThe challenge?
