skills\nKey Responsibilities\nRF Product Design and Development Design, develop and industrialise antennas, filters, duplexers and splitters to meet customer requirements.\nGather and interpret customer requirements to develop appropriate technical solutions.\n\nPower and Signal Distribution Solutions Consult with customers and end-users to understand power and signal distribution requirements for communication towers and related structures.\nDesign, develop and industrialise solutions that address identified needs.\nEnsure that the required customer approvals and certifications are obtained.\n\nManufacturing and Quality Assurance Participate in manufacturing setup, product testing and quality assurance activities.\nContribute to production planning and component sourcing decisions.\nSupport compliance with applicable quality management processes.\n\nResearch and Development Lead the R&D function, contributing to the development and industrialisation of new and existing products.\nCollaborate with relevant stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet technical and commercial requirements.\n\n Business and Performance Contribute to business unit performance in line with agreed financial and operational objectives.\nSupport customer satisfaction, teamwork and adherence to the organisation's quality management
