If you are someone who leads by example, tackles inefficiencies head-on and takes pride in delivering measurable results, this opportunity could be for you.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, collections and deliveries.\nMaintain inventory accuracy through stocktakes, reconciliations, movement tracking and investigation of discrepancies.\nSupervise and develop warehouse staff, driving productivity, accountability, discipline and teamwork.\nIdentify operational inefficiencies, implement corrective measures and improve warehouse processes and performance.\nCoordinate order fulfilment and dispatch to ensure accurate, timeous deliveries and effective stakeholder communication.\nMaintain a safe, organised and secure warehouse in line with company procedures and health and safety requirements.\nMinimum Requirements\n5-8 years of experience in warehouse and supply chain operations, including 2-3 years in a supervisory or management role.\nExperience in the power-related industry or a closely aligned technical product environment.\nProven experience managing warehouse teams, inventory control and dispatch operations.\nWorking knowledge of ZOHO, advanced Excel, SAP, Syspro or a comparable ERP/WMS system.\nMatric (Grade 12); a qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics or Warehouse Management will be advantageous.\nStrong planning, analytical and problem-solving skills, together with a valid driver's licence.\nWhat will set you apart?
