We foster a culture where trust, accountability, and achievement go hand in hand-because success isn’t just a goal; it’s how we work, every day, as one team.\nJob Description:\nThis role will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a high standard of governance to ensure decisions are aligned with the organization strategy and the strategy remains compliant with all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements\nThis role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast moving environments , can connect business strategy with execution , and enjoys building collaborative structure that empower teams to deliver exceptional results.\nWill be required to work closely with cross functional leaders in project management , product, service delivery, support and operations to ensure projects are aligned with business goals and customer outcome.\nResponsibilities:\nEstablish and lead the Governance & PMO function: Define standards, methodologies and tools for consistent project delivery \nStrategic Alignment : Ensure all projects and programs contribute to business goals and customer success \nPortfolio Management: Prioritize initiatives, manage dependencies , and track overall performance \nBudget & Benfits : Finalize yearly portfolio budgets and report performance against approved budgets : business benefits achieved for all the delivered programs/projects \nLeadership & Mentoring : Coach existing project managers, foster collaboration and promote professional growth \nGovernance & Reporting : Provide visibility to executive leadership through dashboards , KPI’s and risk assessments. Efficiently managing C Suite steering committees \nProcess Improvements : Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable processes to improve delivery timelines and quality \nStakeholder Management : Serve as the central point of contact between executive leadership and project teams \nWhat we are looking for\n10+ years of experience in project or program management including 10+ years in PMO role \nProven experience in a Software technology driven organization (banking and financial institutions)\nStrong knowledge of Agile and hybrid project management methodologies \nDemonstrated ability to manage complex, cross functional initiatives \nExceptional communication, leadership and strategic thinking skills \nPMO, Prince 2 or PMP certification preferred but not mandatory \nFluent English both written and spoken.
