Drive program delivery excellence through effective project management, stakeholder coordination, risk tracking, and performance monitoring to ensure strategic objectives are achieved within agreed timelines, budgets and quality standards.\nResponsibilities:\nManage end-to-end execution of strategic programs and transformation initiatives across acquiring, issuing, operations and support functions.\nDevelop and maintain program plans, project schedules, milestones, dependencies and resource allocation models.\nMonitor project progress, identify risks and issues and coordinate mitigation actions to ensure timely delivery.\nPrepare governance materials including steering committee presentations, project status reports, dashboards and executive updates\nCoordinate with business, operations, technology, risk, compliance, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.\nTrack program budgets, benefits realization, and key performance indicators against approved business cases.\nSupport change management activities including communication planning, stakeholder engagement and implementation readiness\nEstablish and maintain PMO standards, methodologies, templates, and reporting frameworks.\nConduct project reviews and pos-implementation assessments to capture lessons learned and continuous improvement opportunities\nEnsure projects comply with internal governance requirements, regulatory expectations, and organizational policies\nQualifications & Experience\n5-8 years of experience in project management, PMO, strategic initiatives, or business transformation, preferably within financial services or payments.\nProven experience managing cross-functional programs and multiple concurrent workstreams\nStrong knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMI, PRINCE2, Agile, or Hybrid delivery models\nExperience preparing executive-level reporting and governance documentation\nFamiliarity with payments operations, digital transformation, or operational excellence initiatives is preferred.\nPMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent certification is an advantage\nKey Competencies\nStrong project planning and execution skills\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication capability\nStrong organizational skills with attention to detail\nAbility to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment\nResults-oriented mindset with focus on delivery excellence\nNetwork International is an equal opportunity employer.
