We foster a culture where trust, accountability, and achievement go hand in hand-because success isn’t just a goal; it’s how we work, every day, as one team.\nJob Description:\nThis internship offers an excellent opportunity to learn the full recruitment lifecycle, develop stakeholder management skills, and gain practical exposure to Talent Acquisition and HR operations.\nResponsibilities:\nDuring the internship, you will gain practical exposure to:\n Scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.\n Maintaining and updating recruitment trackers and recruitment records.\n Assisting with CV screening and shortlisting for junior-level roles within the Oracle recruitment system.\n Supporting pre-offer and post-offer recruitment administration.\n Assisting with onboarding-related activities where required.\n Providing administrative support throughout the recruitment process.\n Learning and supporting end-to-end Talent Acquisition processes.\n Building professional relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and key stakeholders.\n Ensuring recruitment records and candidate information are maintained accurately and confidentially.\n of change orientation is an on-going responsibility in all positions\nMinimum Requirements\nApplicants must have completed a qualification in one of the following fields:\n Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in:\n Human Resources Management\n Business Administration\n Psychology\n Industrial Psychology\n Or a related field\nExperience\n Recent graduate or final-year student seeking practical Human Resources or Talent Acquisition experience.\nSkills and Competencies\nSuccessful candidates should demonstrate:\n Strong administrative and organisational skills.\n Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\n High level of attention to detail.\n Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.\n Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).\n Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.\n Strong willingness to learn and develop within Talent Acquisition and HR.\n Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong work ethic\nNetwork International is an equal opportunity employer.
