enterprise platforms.\nDuties & Responsibilities\nKey Responsibilities\nInfrastructure & Virtualisation\n\nAdminister and maintain enterprise infrastructure environments, including VMware vSphere.\n\nSupport compute, storage, and networking platforms.\n\nAssist with infrastructure upgrades, capacity planning, optimisation, and maintenance.\n\nEnsure resilient and scalable infrastructure solutions aligned to business requirements.\n\nNetwork & Security\n\nManage and support MikroTik networking environments.\n\nAdminister Palo Alto firewall platforms, VPNs, and security policies.\n\nMonitor and optimise LAN, WAN, wireless, and multi-site network environments.\n\nSupport network security initiatives and best-practice implementation.\n\nBackup, Recovery & Business Continuity\n\nMaintain backup and recovery solutions.\n\nParticipate in disaster recovery planning, testing, and execution.\n\nSupport business continuity initiatives and infrastructure recoverability.\n\nCloud & Identity Services\n\nSupport cloud-based services and identity management platforms.\n\nManage DNS, certificates, access control, and externally facing services.\n\nEnsure secure and compliant cloud operations.\n\nOperational Support\n\nAct as an escalation point for infrastructure, networking, and security-related incidents.\n\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.\n\nContribute to infrastructure improvement initiatives and projects.\n\nMaintain accurate technical documentation and operational procedures.\n\nRequirements\nQualifications\n\nRelevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\n\nIndustry certifications will be advantageous.\n\nExperience\n\n5-7 years' experience in enterprise ICT infrastructure, networking, or systems administration.\n\nProven experience with:\n\nVMware vSphere\n\nMikroTik networking technologies\n\nPalo Alto firewalls\n\nBackup and disaster recovery solutions\n\nEnterprise infrastructure environments\n\nTechnical Skills\n\nStrong knowledge of:\n\nNetworking and security technologies\n\nVirtualisation platforms\n\nStorage and backup solutions\n\nDisaster recovery and business continuity\n\nInfrastructure monitoring and troubleshooting\n\nExperience supporting multi-site environments.\n\nExposure to automation and infrastructure management tools.\n\nPersonal Attributes\n\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\n\nAbility to work independently and as
