engineers\n\nDebug and troubleshoot complex application and infrastructure issues\n\nParticipate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and uphold coding standards\n\nContribute to architectural decisions and provide technical leadership\n\nEssential Requirements (Non-Negotiable):\n\n5+ years' professional experience as a Python Developer\n\nStrong experience with Python and Django\n\nProven experience building and maintaining APIs\n\nSolid hands-on experience with MySQL\n\nStrong experience working in Linux environments\n\nDocker experience for containerised applications\n\nExperience working with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud\n\nStrong back-end and system architecture knowledge\n\nProficiency with Git version control\n\nWillingness to work full-time in office (Bryanston, Gauteng)\n\nNice-to-Haves:\n\nExperience with microservices architectures\n\nExposure to message brokers such as RabbitMQ or Kafka\n\nExperience working in Agile development
