This role requires strong regulatory knowledge, analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality assurance and documentation within SLA.\nKey Responsibilities\nMentor, support and manage the performance of the Streetworks Compliance Team\nCommunicating / building relationships with client\nIdentifying non-compliant sites, we are working safe and according to legislation\nEnsuring compliance is ongoing with new legislation & Safety at Street Works and Road Works code of practice\nDocumentation is in order and within SLA\nReporting, providing updates to compliance status and issues to senior management, gathering data and present to NWP and Client\nConducting internal checks, tracking non-compliance, and performing quality assurance, support, drive improvements\nSkills, Knowledge & Expertise\nRegulatory knowledge, analytical thinking, excellent communication, integrity, and problem-solving. \nDeep understanding of legislation and Safety at Street Works and Road Works code of practice.\nCreative and strategic thinking to resolve compliance challenges\nBuilding relationships and working collaboratively across departments.\nManaging multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently. \nIndustry experience in a compliance environment.\nGood communication and team player able to build networks both internally and externally with experience of managing a team.\nJob Benefits\nWe offer a competitive salary based on experience along with a full benefits package.\nNetwork Plus is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer .
