As a Performance Apprentice, you will play an important role in supporting the Welsh Water contract by helping the team turn data into meaningful insights that improve operational performance and customer outcomes.\nThis is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience while completing the Level 4 Data Analyst Apprenticeship (Skills England). You’ll learn from experienced professionals, develop technical and analytical skills, and build a rewarding career in business performance and data analysis.\nKey Responsibilities\n\nCollecting, validating and maintaining operational performance data.\nProducing regular reports and dashboards to monitor contract performance.\nAssisting with the analysis of KPIs and identifying trends or areas for improvement.\nSupporting the production of management information for internal teams and Welsh Water.\nHelping investigate performance issues through data analysis and root cause identification.\nWorking with operational teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.\nMaintaining data quality and ensuring information is accurate and consistent.\nSupporting continuous improvement initiatives across the contract.\nAssisting with the creation and maintenance of performance documentation and reporting processes.\nUsing Microsoft Excel, Power BI and other business systems to manipulate and present data.\nDeveloping knowledge of data governance, reporting standards and business intelligence throughout the apprenticeship.\n\nSkills, Knowledge & Expertise\nGCSEs (or equivalent), including Mathematics and English at Grade 4/C or above.\nAn interest in data, reporting or business performance.\nStrong numerical and analytical skills.\nGood attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.\nExcellent communication skills and the confidence to work with a variety of stakeholders.\nA willingness to learn new systems and technologies.\nGood organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.\nExperience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, would be beneficial but is not essential.\n\nJob Benefits\nWe offer a competitive salary based on experience along with a full benefits package.\nNetwork Plus is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer .
