You will work closely with Project Manager, Site Managers, Construction Teams, Subcontractors, Document Controllers and Designers to ensure works are delivered right first time, ensuring quality records and standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport the development, implementation, and continual improvement of project quality plans and inspection test plans (ITPs).\nConduct site inspections and audits to verify compliance with specifications, drawings, standards, and approved procedures.\nMaintain and review site standards.\nReview and verify quality documentation, including inspection records, test certificates, material approvals, and as-built information.\nEnsure works are completed in accordance with contract requirements, client standards, and regulatory obligations.\nIdentify quality issues, non-conformances, and trends, supporting investigations and corrective actions.\nCoordinate quality inspections with site teams and subcontractors.\nMonitor and maintain quality records to support project handover.\nReview subcontractor quality documentation and ensure compliance with project requirements.\nProduce quality reports and KPI data. \nPromote a culture of quality excellence and continuous improvement across project teams.\nSkills, Knowledge & Expertise\nTo be successful in this role, you will have:\nPrevious experience within water, utilities, civil engineering, or infrastructure projects.\nStrong understanding of construction quality management.\nExperience interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and technical standards.\nKnowledge of inspection and test plans, quality documentation, and verification processes.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nGood working knowledge of Microsoft Office and SharePoint.\nAbility to work collaboratively across design, construction, and commissioning teams.\n\nQualifications\n\nHNC, HND, Degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline.\nSite Manager Training - SMSTS\nFull UK Driving Licence.\nJob Benefits\nWe offer a competitive salary based on experience along with a full benefits package.\nNetwork Plus is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer .
