Oversee all day-to-day activities on client schemes and relay back to Depot managers on requirements and Progress.\nKey Responsibilities\nGTM Point of contact for Client, \nAttend client site visits / complete site surveys,\nResponsible for checking all job packs for the following day including TM plans have been collated and brief operative on work requirements.\nMonitor Client Programme against works booked in via Central Hub and liaise with Depot Manager to ensure resource and kit availability / requirements.\nAttend and lead on Programme meetings, highlighting any potential requirements \nSupervision of all operatives to ensure a high standard of work is maintained on site including sub-contractors.\nCompliance checks to ensure all paperwork is completed correctly and returned to the relevant department. Any paperwork missing to be chased up with the operative and highlighted to relevant Depot Manager\nEnsure the completion of a site audit per operative per month, working with the Depot manager highlight any concerns for further audits and training as well as highlighting good performance. \nEnsure 24/7 call out service is always available via the Rota system already agreed and any works delivered outside of \nNormal working hours have been handed over to the nighttime Supervisor or weekend call out supervisor. \nDelivery of team compliance briefs with Depot Manager. Also provide input for the Monthly / Bi-Monthly Team Brief on works to promote.\nWork closely with the regional manager and Depot Manager with the recruitment of staff and ensuring all members of staff receive the appropriate training. \nAttend weekly Ops Meeting and lead with update on client works.\nLiaise with client regarding site queries and support TM Operatives with any site queries, work with depot manager for any further requirements. \nSupport the Client with Cad Request’s and work with the CAD Team with verification of CAD Drawings\nLiaise with Depot Operative on kit requirements and Depot manager regarding kit levels\nChase clients for ETA’s and site attendance if required.\nLiaise with sub-contractors for assistance with works and handover of documents, site brief.\nEnsure GTM TM Operatives and sub-contractors are compliant in terms of vehicle contents and PPE\nProvide Out of Hours Duty Manager / Supervisor Assistance (Rota for on call)\nDaily handover to night shift, including organising the runs / allocation\nExperience and Qualifications\nSelf-organisation and prioritising - job holder should demonstrate the ability to organise their work in such a way that tasks are completed accurately and on time\nRecord keeping - job holder should be able to demonstrate records of work undertaken and completed as well as work in progress\nUse of work tools - job holder should demonstrate competence using all work tools\nInitiative and confidence - job holder should be able to demonstrate a willingness to contribute new ideas to improve things and should be able to determine when to refer a matter to someone else or whether to deal with it themselves\nRelationship Management / Attitude - Job holder should have the ability to calmly and concisely discuss any problems or complaints and solve them without getting drawn into a conflict with either a client, member of public or operative. \nExcellent Verbal and Written Communication - ability to clearly communicate with external stakeholders and internal colleagues to articulate / convey information accurately and efficiently.\nPrevious Traffic Management experience is essential. 12D qualification\nSalary and Benefits\nWe offer a competitive salary based on experience along with a full benefits package.\nNetwork Plus is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
