and service requests.\nEscalate complex issues to relevant technical teams when required.\nDeliver support services in accordance with agreed service levels and quality standards.\nSupport business-critical supply chain and operational software solutions.\nMaintain accurate records of incidents, actions taken, and resolutions.\nParticipate in a rotating 24/7 shift roster.\nBuild and maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships.\nWork effectively in a remote team environment while maintaining high service standards.\nRequirements\nPrevious experience in an IT Helpdesk, Service Desk, Technical Support, or Customer Support role.\nExperience troubleshooting software applications and resolving user issues.\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to work independently in a remote-working environment.\nReliable internet connectivity and a suitable home-office setup.\nWillingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.\nAdvantageous Experience\nCandidates with any of the following will have a distinct advantage:\nExposure to terminal automation systems or specialised industry software.\nExperience within the Oil & Gas, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Industrial sectors.\nMicrosoft SQL knowledge or experience.\nSAP Logistics exposure.\nApplication support experience in operational or supply chain environments.\n\nEligibility Criteria\nApplicants must hold a valid South African ID.\nApplicants must be currently residing in South Africa.\nDue to
