At Network Right, we’re bridging the gap between IT and People by offering unique support based on the needs of growing businesses and making employees lives easier through technology.\nAbout the Role\nWe're looking for a client-facing engineer to own end-to-end rollouts, migrations, identity and access management, and security implementations across our client portfolio. This is an individual contributor role with real ownership. If you like moving between SaaS systems, MDM platforms, and infrastructure without needing a script to follow, this is built for you.\nThis is not a coordination role and it's not an admin role. The playbook often doesn't exist yet, and you're the one who builds it.\nCompensation: We offer a compensation range of $100,000 to $120,000 (+ annual bonus) for this role. Where you land depends on the stacks you have implemented or rebuilt and your experience running multiple client projects at once.\n\nLocation: This position requires you to be onsite at our HQ or client offices in San Francisco. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.\n\nWhat You'll Support\nEnd-to-end implementations: Lead multiple concurrent projects from discovery through design, execution, validation, and client handoff\n\nHands-on technical leadership: You are the primary technical authority on your projects. You make decisions and you execute them.\n\nDelivery outcomes: Projects land on time, in scope, and documented well enough that anyone can pick up where you left off\n\nClient confidence: Translate technical decisions into clear expectations, set realistic timelines, and build trust through consistent follow-through\n\nTypes of Projects You'll Lead\nSaaS implementations and integrations\n\nIdentity and access management (SSO, MDM, directory setup)\n\nSecurity tooling rollouts\n\nDomain and email migrations\n\nAV and conference room buildouts\n\nCross-platform environment standardization for Mac-first clients\n\nOur clients run Mac-heavy environments, but Windows experience is very helpful. The tools you'll work in most: JAMF, Kandji, Okta, JumpCloud, Google Workspace, M365, SentinelOne, Slack, Zoom, 1Password.\nWhat You'll Do (Day-to-Day)\nRun intake and kickoff meetings to scope work, set expectations, and build a workback plan before a single thing is deployed\n\nLead and execute implementations, migrations, and integrations from the ground up\n\nContext switch across simultaneous projects for different clients without things falling through the cracks\n\nTroubleshoot complex issues during deployment rather than escalating them\n\nWrite and maintain documentation throughout every project: design docs, implementation notes, runbooks, SOPs, handoff materials. This is not optional.\n\nPartner with project managers to align scope, timelines, and client communication\n\nIdentify risks early and solve them before they become client conversations\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n4+ years in IT, systems, infrastructure, or SaaS environments\n\nImplementor, not administrator: You can point to multiple specific projects you built from scratch, end to end. If your examples sound more like oversight than execution, it might not be the best fit.\n\nStrong tooling alignment: Hands-on experience with JAMF, Kandji, or Intune, Okta, JumpCloud, or Entra ID, Google Workspace, M365, or Slack & Zoom, SentinelOne, etc.\n\nMulti-client project management: You've managed concurrent projects across entirely different client environments, not just multiple work-streams within one organization.\n\nDocumentation discipline: You write runbooks, SOPs, and handoff docs as a natural part of how you work, not as a task someone has to ask you for.\n\nClient-facing confidence: You can explain tradeoffs, push back when needed, absorb feedback mid-project without getting defensive, and adjust course without losing momentum.\n\nNice to Haves, but don't let this stop you from applying!\nMSP or startup IT background: You've worked in environments where you were building things for the first time, not maintaining what was already there.
