Join us and become part of a positive and motivating team where your contributions are highly valued and your growth is actively supported.\nThis role requires proximity to Pune, India.\nResponsibilities\nCollaborate with Product Management and UX to analyze and refine requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.\nDesign, develop, and deliver end-to-end features within an Agile framework, from React front-end components to Node.js services and APIs, emphasizing clean, efficient, and scalable code.\nContribute to technical design and architecture decisions, including reusable component libraries, micro-frontends, and service boundaries.\nPartner with QA teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable software, and champion a shift-left approach to testing.\nContinuously improve and refactor existing codebases, optimizing performance, accessibility, maintainability, and scalability while adhering to coding best practices.\nMentor and support other developers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical guidance.\nProactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues, providing timely and effective solutions to enhance user satisfaction and product reliability.\nContribute to project documentation, sharing insights and best practices to support the ongoing development and maintenance processes.\nStay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, actively participating in knowledge-sharing activities such as code reviews, team meetings, and technical discussions.\nRequired Experience\nMinimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Software Developer, including significant full stack experience.\nStrong proficiency in React (hooks, state management, component design) and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.\nStrong proficiency in Node.js, including building RESTful APIs and backend services (e.g., Express, NestJS, or similar).\nSolid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive, accessible UI development.\nUnderstanding of relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB), including schema design and query optimization.\nDemonstrated experience writing and executing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright or Cypress).\nExperience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern build tooling (e.g., Vite, Webpack).\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and mentor others.\nOther Relevant Experience\nExperience with GraphQL, WebSockets, or event-driven/message-based architectures.\nExperience building reusable component libraries or design systems, and micro-frontend architectures.\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or similar, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).\nKnowledge of authentication and authorization standards (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SSO) and secure coding practices.\nExperience with C#/.NET, Microsoft Active Directory, or PowerShell is a plus.\nExperience working in an agile environment, Scrum.\nOur Values\nAt Netwrix, our values guide every action:\nNext-Level Customer Focus -Customers first, always.
