You will be a primary contact for clients and Wealth Managers. You will provide high-touch service across onboarding, account management, and day-to-day needs. You will also act as backup equity trader when the team's primary trader is unavailable. You will work closely with Portfolio Management, Operations, Compliance, and Business Controls. For the right candidate, this is an excellent opportunity to grow within the Quality Equity Group and take on increasing responsibility over time.\nResponsibilities\nAct as a primary contact for existing and prospective clients. Respond promptly, follow up diligently, and escalate complex issues as appropriate.\nWork with Neuberger Wealth to service end-client requests.\nPrepare and review client meeting presentations and support materials for team communications.\nOpen new individual and entity accounts. This includes document preparation, KYC review, quality checks, and funding coordination.\nProcess account maintenance requests, such as KYC updates, control and interested party changes, and feature changes (check writing, margin, options).\nReview and process disbursements, securities gifting, and transfers accurately and on time.\nSupport the client online reporting portal, including setup and ongoing inquiries.\nFulfill requests for account documents, performance reports, and tax materials.\nKeep client records and activity logs accurate across internal systems.\nAssist with ad hoc team projects.\nServe as backup equity trader. Execute trades in Charles River and Aladdin per portfolio manager direction and firm policies. Monitor open orders, trade status, and settlements.\nBuild working knowledge of the team's equity strategies and client portfolios.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree\n0-2+ years of experience\nSIE, Series 7 and 66 licenses, or ability to obtain them within the firm's timeline\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and warm manner with high-net-worth clients\nStrong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through\nAbility to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, client-driven environment\nProficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint\nCollaborative, proactive, and accountable\nPassion for client service, investment excellence, and sustainable business practices\n\nApplicants must be authorized and have the right to work in the country where the role is located without the need for current or future sponsorship.Compensation Details\nThe salary range for this role is $80,000-$100,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in the job posting location. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, business sector, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, market benchmarking data, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, which, along with base salary and retirement contributions, is part of our total comprehensive package.
