The successful candidate will help develop and deliver high-quality client materials, investment updates, market insights and business development support across the firm’s Global Equity Research capabilities. This role requires a solid understanding of equity markets, strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with investment, distribution and other internal teams in a fast-paced working environment.\nThe position reports to and works closely with the senior Global Equity Research Client Portfolio Manager, providing day-to-day support across client engagement, product positioning and business development activities.\nResponsibilities:\nTo support the senior Global Equity Research Client Portfolio Manager in promoting Neuberger's Global Equity Research strategies internally and externally.\nPartner with Neuberger’s client coverage teams to:\nDevelop working knowledge of Neuberger’s suite of Global Equity Research strategies and assist the senior Client Portfolio Manager in responding to client and distribution team enquiries. \nSupport the preparation of analysis and materials used to refine strategy positioning in response to evolving client needs and market opportunities. \nPrepare and coordinate deliverables required to support marketing and business development efforts for the relevant strategies. \nAssist with research, preparation and follow-up for prospective client opportunities and pitches. \nCoordinate with internal departments, including Marketing, Product Development, Performance Analytics and Legal & Compliance, to help maintain and develop marketing materials and campaign ideas. \nCollaborate with the RFP Department by reviewing product language, sourcing information and helping draft new content where necessary. \nAssist in drafting market commentary, white papers and other client-facing materials. \nHelp translate complex investment concepts into clear, digestible insights for clients and internal stakeholders in a timely manner. \nConduct market and competitor analysis and provide supporting research on platform positioning and potential product ideas. \nAssist with client reporting and related requests in a timely and accurate manner. \nRequirements:\n2-5 years’ experience in Asset Management or Wealth Management \nExcellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills\nProficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken) required\nCantonese and other regional languages are desirable.\nDemonstrable expertise in equity products and markets. \nDetail-oriented, with strong organizational skills and a commitment to accuracy and high-quality execution.\nBachelor’s degree required.\n\nVisa sponsorship may be available for qualified candidates.
