# Relationship Manager

The Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and growing strategic relationships with major financial institutions, specifically broker dealers and wirehouses. This individual serves as the primary liaison between Neuberger and these institutions and is responsible for driving Neuberger’s growth across all relevant client business lines. Responsibilities: Strategic Relationship ManagementSet the growth strategy, and lead execution at each partner firm - orient activity toward long term commercial objectives Own and co-manage senior level relationships at assigned national accounts; navigate the entirety of a client’s firm including wealth management, asset management and banking/markets (where applicable) Partner with Neuberger sales leaders to develop business plans at each partner firm; co-own commercial outcomes in direct partnership with field leaders Leverage Neuberger’s broad range of resources including C-Suite leadership, investment teams and intermediary specialists Negotiate various contracts/agreements including but not limited to: revenue share arrangements, SMA amendments, ETF amendments, private markets agreements and data/conference requirements Represent Ne
