We’re seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer (.NET/C#) to design, build, and operate scalable, high-performance applications and integrations across multiple wealth-management data domains.\nThis role requires strong engineering fundamentals, deep SQL/data skills, and the ability to work autonomously-driving delivery from requirements through production release and ongoing support.\nWhat You’ll Own\nDesign, build, and maintain internal applications and integrations with third-party platforms across the Microsoft technology stack.\n\nPartner with Business and Operations stakeholders to gather requirements, document them clearly, and produce technical designs/specifications.\n\nWrite clean, maintainable, well-tested code; contribute to team standards through code reviews, patterns, and documentation.\n\nDeliver end-to-end through the SDLC: design, development, testing coordination, release/deployment, and post-release validation.\n\nDiagnose and resolve escalated production issues; improve reliability via monitoring, performance tuning, and root-cause remediation.\n\nContribute to platform modernization initiatives (e.g., upgrades, migrations, infrastructure improvements).\n\nManage multiple workstreams (new features, integrations, maintenance) by prioritizing effectively and communicating trade-offs.\n\nCollaborate with engineers across the organization; participate in technical discussions to drive the best solution.\n\nProactively identify and drive improvements in performance, scalability, resiliency, and developer productivity.\n\nMentor junior developers through pairing, reviews, and technical guidance.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\n6+ years of professional software development experience and a BS/MS in Computer Science (or related discipline) or equivalent practical experience.\n\nExperience in financial services; familiarity with Private Wealth/wealth management data domains strongly preferred.\n\nStrong backend expertise in C#/.NET, including building and operating production services.\n\nAdvanced SQL and data skills: data modeling, analysis, and building/optimizing complex queries; experience with ETL/ELT concepts and tooling.\n\nStrong experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Snowflake, including query design and performance optimization.\n\nFull-stack web development experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (jQuery where applicable).\n\nHands-on integration experience with REST and/or SOAP services; comfortable working with JSON/XML.\n\nExperience with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.\n\nAbility to operate independently with minimal supervision: can take ambiguous problems, propose solutions, and drive them to completion.\n\nStrong communication skills: able to explain technical concepts and trade-offs to technical and non-technical audiences.\n\nExperience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.\n\nExperience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot or similar) responsibly to accelerate delivery while maintaining quality.\n\nHigh ownership and accountability for delivery quality and production outcomes.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience deploying and operating distributed systems on Kubernetes, OpenShift, and/or Azure.\n\nFamiliarity with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and event-driven or service-oriented architecture patterns.\n\nFamiliarity with Excel macros and VBA.\n\nTech Environment\nBackend: C#/.NET\n\nDatabase: Microsoft SQL Server, Snowflake\n\nFrontend: HTML/CSS/JavaScript (jQuery)\n\nIntegrations: REST/SOAP (JSON/XML)\n\nPlatform/Tooling: Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD; OpenShift/Kubernetes (preferred); Tableau (used in the broader ecosystem)\n\nLocation: New York City; hybrid with a minimum of two days per week in office.\n\nApplicants must be authorized and have the right to work in the country where the role is located without the need for current or future sponsorship.Compensation Details\nThe salary range for this role is $130,000-$180,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
