Through our value-driven, consumer-centric approach, we are committed to transforming healthcare and creating a better care experience for all. \nJOB SUMMARY \nNeueHealth is looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer (Software Engineer 4) to assist in the development of several full stack product solutions. As a senior engineer you will take ownership of features and see their completion from design to implementation. On top of development, you will be expected to drive proper coding process, participate in coding reviews and mentor junior team members. You will work closely with stakeholders, product owners and our UX team.\nDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES \nCollaborate directly with teammates to solve business needs and drive solutions to solve key business priorities. \nContribute across the complete development lifecycle, including technical design, work estimation, implementation, testing, and addressing feedback or bugs. \nLead and contribute to continually improve the team's productivity, culture, and code quality. \nPeer review team member's code and provide constructive feedback to improve quality. \nCreate documentation and processes as needed to improve team productivity and transparency. \nEDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE \nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience required. \nEight (8) or more years of software development experience and/or a reviewable portfolio of work. \nDeep experience building/deploying/maintaining scalable and always available consumer facing products. \nWorking knowledge of Agile methodologies (SCRUM). \nPROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES \nFrontend experience with knowledge of React/Next.js\nExperienced with ORM and API development\nExperienced with coding components and working with Storybook\nFamiliarity with Azure Cloud or similar technologies \nSeasoned estimation skills - can reasonably judge the complexity of a feature and appropriately break it down (if needed) and size it. \nStrong work ethic plus follow-through on commitments (works smart to get the job done right and on time) \nProven track record of high standards for self, team, company, and ultimately clients \nProactive approach to problem solving (acting without being told, driving for measurable results, etc.). \nWORK ENVIRONMENT \nThis is a remote position and will involve carrying out detailed work sitting at a desk/table and working on the computer.
