This role serves as a subject matter expert for the department on data analysis and Excel-based reporting, ensuring accuracy and consistency of client-facing and internal reports, identifying trends, and supporting data-driven decisions across Client Relations leadership and staff.\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nInbound/outbound telephone customer service, handle support emails, research, resolve, and record problems.\nAssist IT, Project Implementation Team, QA, Client Service Managers and Clients in the development processes for system enhancements, system QA and UAT test plans and tasks, new clients/products, and procedures.\nFormat and prepare reports and dashboards.\nAbility to complete tasks with aggressive deadlines, ability to work on multiple projects at one time and with little supervision.\nWill be required to make presentations to upper management, customer and other employees as required.\nConfers with persons originating, handling, processing, or receiving reports to identify problems and gather suggestions for improvements.\nRecommends establishment of new or modified reporting methods and procedures to improve report content and completeness of information.\nAdditional responsibilities are assigned as deemed necessary on a weekly/daily basis.\nEducation and Experience:\nBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field required.\nRelevant experience in reporting, data analysis, or business analytics is a plus..\nExperience in client relations, customer support, or tax administration is a plus.\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:\nSolid proficiency in Microsoft Excel required, including pivot tables and complex formulas (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH); experience with macros/VBA and Power Query is a plus, and training will be provided to build advanced skills on the job.\nStrong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.\nProficient with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).\nFamiliarity with reporting or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Smartsheet) preferred.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly to non-technical audiences.\nAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nWork Environment:\nThe noise level in the work environment is usually moderate as the employee works in an office setting, at an individual workstation, using telephone and computer.\nPhysical Demands:\nMust be able to remain in a stationary position for most of the day\nConstantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a printer/copy machine\nThis position needs to occasionally move about inside the office\nThe person in this position frequently communicates via telephone\nNeumo Summary:\nWith the backing of four decades of public sector expertise and corporate capability, Neumo has successfully supported government services.
