An SSO receptionist should have the ability of learning a basic knowledge of Bureau of Motor Vehicles (BMV) operations and be skilled in face-to-face communications. The location for this position will be the Noblesville, Indiana BMV location, and the candidate must be in a commutable distance to this location. This is a part-time position at 20-24 hours per week.\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nGreet customers at this Self Service Office (SSO) location.\nDirect customers to appropriate services.\nAssist customers with transactions.\nMaintain a good working relationship with Bureau of Motor Vehicles (BMV) staff.\nResearch and troubleshoot any errors with customer care and the Self Service Terminal staff.\nReport ongoing issues to the Self Service Office (SSO) Staff Supervisor.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nEducation and Experience:\nProven work history.\nAbility to learn the basic understanding of Bureau of Motor Vehicle operations.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nStrong organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.\nStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.\nWork Environment:\nCustomer facing position with moderate noise levels.\nEmployee will work in location with heavy customer traffic and interactions with the public.\nEmployee will work with self service terminals (kiosks) and use telephone to call support if issues arise with the machine during normal use by the customers.\nPhysical Demands:\nMust be able to remain standing for extended periods.\nRegular use of a computer and other office machinery, such as printers and touch screens.\nOccasional movement around the office.\nFrequent communication via telephone.\nNeumo Summary:\nWith the backing of four decades of public sector expertise and corporate capability, Neumo has successfully supported government services.
