Du entwickelst standardisierte Benchmark-Umgebungen und Test-Cases, führst regelmäßige In-the-Loop-Tests durch und bewertest unterschiedliche Steuerungs-, Planungs- und Lernansätze anhand klar definierter Metriken.\n\nExperimentdesign & Reproduzierbarkeit: Du entwirfst reproduzierbare Simulations- und Evaluationsexperimente, führst systematische Ablationsstudien durch und sorgst für eine saubere Versionierung und Dokumentation von Szenarien, Konfigurationen und Ergebnissen - inklusive strukturierter Benchmark-Berichte.\n\nSim-to-Real & Modellvalidierung: Du analysierst die Übertragbarkeit simulativer Ergebnisse auf reale Roboterplattformen, identifizierst und quantifizierst Sim-to-Real-Lücken (z. B. Dynamik, Sensorrauschen, Kontaktmodelle) und kalibrierst Simulationsparameter für maximale physikalische Realitätsnähe.\n\nZusammenarbeit & Schnittstellen: Du arbeitest eng mit ML-, Robotik- und Software-Teams zusammen, definierst gemeinsam mit NEURA Benchmarks und Qualitätsschwellen und präsentierst Simulationsergebnisse klar und verständlich gegenüber technischen Stakeholdern.\n\nWas wir uns von dir wünschen\nEinen Hochschulabschluss (Bachelor oder Master) in Robotik, Informatik, Maschinenbau, Mechatronik, Computational Engineering oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet\n\nMindestens drei Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich Robotiksimulation, Benchmarking oder modellbasierter Evaluation -
